Bronze and alabaster for the new lighting collection of Bronzetto: two materials that are the protagonists of our artistic craftsmanship combined with light generate a collection of lamps with an original and luxury oriented design
On the occasion of Euroluce 2025, Bronzetto presents Tra le Nuvole, the innovative collection of bronze lamps and tables that effectively redefines the concept of light in space. A dynamic system in which lamp and table as a support base alternate, changing roles according to perception and use.
The innovative approach that characterises Bronzetto’s new collection is once again an invitation to hover, to let yourself involved in a play of oscillations and reflections, where light becomes as weightless as air and design dialogues with movement.
Inspired by the kinetic art works of Alexander Calder and the kinetic and programmed art of Bruno Munari, each element of the Tra le Nuvole collection is designed to gently move through space, interacting with the environment and its inhabitants, coming to life from the alternation between the solidity of brass and the ethereal purity of alabaster.
Luminous and metallic spheres balance each other in an oscillating motion, evoking the hypnotic rocking of a swing suspended in time. Movement is the protagonist of the collection and invites the user to have an active relationship with the object that is articulated on a perceptive basis starting with the use of materials, shapes and colours.
Three lamps models for a collection in which materials are the protagonists
The collection plays on the diffusion and reflection of light. Alabaster, with its natural translucency, filters the light source, returning a soft and enveloping illumination, perfect for creating warm and suggestive atmospheres. The burnished and hand-waxed brass, on the other hand, with its warm and vibrant shades, gives the elements a character of three-dimensional imperfection, effectively narrating the material and the gesture of a craftsman.
More than just lamps or small tables: Tra le Nuvole is a sensory experience. The story of a dream takes shape, an idea that challenges stability and invites to experience light in a new way: not anchored, but free to float. Each individual piece is a small universe in the balance, where fullness and emptiness, light and matter, immobility and movement constantly dialogue with each other.
Each of the three models of Tra le Nuvole lamps develop vertically, combining an open or closed circular tray and a luminous alabaster globe, crowned by a totemic sequence of brass spheres. The elements are stacked in a balanced rhythm, acting as a striking focal point in any environment: a living room, bedroom, bathroom or public space, indoor or outdoor. The brass stem supports the entire composition, while the tray acts as a visual counterweight and a practical and functional surface, enhancing the spatial geometry of the object.
