Zazzeri in the bathroom project of CASA FM by IUSE Design
DESIGN MARRIES PERSONALITY
Built in San Giovanni in Persiceto (BO) – Italy
The renovation of a 1970s villa by IUSE Design gives life to Casa FM, a residential project where interior architecture reflects the soul of its occupants.
This vision emerges forcefully in the two main bathrooms on the first floor: spaces conceived not as mere utility rooms, but as iconic rooms, richly detailed, designed to emphasize and celebrate the distinct personalities of the two owners.
Both spaces are the result of refined research into materials and finishes, linked by a common thread that sophisticatedly recalls African atmospheres and design, evoked by irregular terrazzo floors and wall coverings that reinterpret the verticality of totems.
On this shared material basis, the design forks to trace two precise identities through the study of color palettes and geometry.

The hers bathroom is thus distinguished by decidedly more feminine, sinuous, and fluid lines, which harmoniously contrast with the his, which is characterized by more angular, strong, and rigorous forms.
To visually translate this duality and accentuate the “his and hers” concept, IUSE Design selected Zazzeri‘s excellence and geometric rigor, expressed in two mirrored collections, entirely customized with special, high-quality finishes.
For her bathroom, the JKZ collection with its deep brushed anthracite finish was chosen, while for his bathroom, the Trend X-ONE collection was chosen in its elegant, warm brushed brass hue.
The choice of the JKZ collection, with its brushed anthracite finish, gives the spaces a touch of magnetic contemporaneity and absolute refinement.
From the linearity of the sink’s water jet to the minimalism of the built-in shower mixer tap, to the bidet mixer tap: every Zazzeri element transforms everyday gestures into a unique sensorial experience, sealing the perfect balance between cutting-edge aesthetics and impeccable functionality.

The introduction of the Trend X-ONE collection, designed by architect Fabrizio Batoni, in his bathroom responds to the need to emphasize a strong, sculptural character.
The brushed brass finish illuminates the space with warm, precious reflections, creating a striking contrast with the bolder tones of the totem-shaped wall coverings. The series’ rigorous, geometric design—from the sink faucet to the shower details—matches perfectly with the room’s angular, masculine lines, offering cutting-edge technological solutions that maintain a visual impact of strong personality and formal rigor.

With Casa FM, IUSE Design demonstrates how Zazzeri designer taps are not just accessories, but rather true graphic accents that define the elegance of an entire project.
