QU expands its dialogue with the public: the brand’s new e-commerce site is online.

January 2026 marks a new step in QU’s journey of directly approaching the end public with the launch of its official e-commerce site.

 

Active from January 2026, the new online channel represents a natural evolution in the company’s strategy, designed to complement and strengthen existing channels, starting with the network of agents and partners that has always been a fundamental pillar of QU’s development.

The decision to launch e-commerce stems from the desire to expand the dialogue with an increasingly broad and informed audience interested in design, architecture, and the quality of light. QU develops highly customer-oriented products, designed not only for architectural projects but also for sophisticated domestic use. In this context, e-commerce emerges as a narrative and relational tool, capable of directly conveying QU’s vision and culture of lighting.

The experience of direct sales is not entirely new to the company: the Temporary Store opened in Ravenna during the Christmas season represented an initial test, receiving positive feedback in terms of curiosity, interest, and public engagement. An experience that confirmed the value of more direct contact with the end user, without ever losing sight of the central role of industry professionals.

The selection of products available online reflects the same typologies presented in the Temporary Store—table lamps, wall lamps, floor lamps, and pendant lamps—with the exception of outdoor solutions, which are currently not available for purchase online. This consistent approach, designed to ensure clarity, simplicity, and a purchasing experience aligned with the brand’s values.

The primary objective of e-commerce is not only commercial, but also relational: expanding contact points with the end customer, strengthening brand recognition, and offering a refined, informative purchasing experience consistent with the QU identity. The new channel is designed to complement the network of agents, which continues to be the preferred point of reference for design consultancy, the development of complex solutions, and the relationship with architectural firms and designers.
